I heard this yesterday listening to Dave Ramsey. Hilarious. My favorite part is: This characteristic of morons promotion leads some scientists to believe that Governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a critical concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as critical morass. Classic.
